Deborah is a freelance consultant working in children’s residential care and education.
She has held senior roles in a variety of private, public, and voluntary sector organizations. Previously, she worked for Keys Group, where she had responsibility for several independent special schools across England and Wales.
More recently, Deborah served as the Director of Children’s Services for Courtyard Care, part of Swanton Care. In this role, she was responsible for a group of residential children’s homes catering to children with learning disabilities, complex medical needs, and mental health issues.
