Hey, I’m Thomas, I’m thirteen years old and I am from Essex.
I love running, cycling, watching TV, taking opportunities like this and I love school! I am part of the Young Essex assembly, Local Nature partnership and run all the student-led groups in my school and do lots of volunteering in my community!
I decided to apply to the Youth Advisory Board because I want to help encourage and empower young people to make the right decisions while online and help create and inform policies, projects and strategies that affect young people. I am looking forward to working with Childnet on this opportunity and I would love to tackle mental health and wellbeing while online as I am very passionate about this.
