The Childnet Education Team provide interactive, discussion-based online safety sessions for all audiences, including professionals and have substantial experience in working with corporate settings to deliver an informative and engaging ‘lunch and learn’.
Keeping you and your loved ones safe online
At Childnet, we are passionate about working with parents and carers to keep their children safe online. Our informative and empowering sessions for workforces equip them with practical advice and resources to help support their children in a digital age.
Our Education Team offer a friendly and reassuring face to help guide parents through risks such as grooming, bullying, fake news and sexting, whilst signposting them to invaluable tools for reporting, setting up parental controls and establishing a dialogue about online safety at home.
This is a 45 min presentation with 15 mins for questions. It can be delivered in-person or online. For online sessions we will provide a link to a recording available for up to two months after delivery.
This option allows our education experts to work with you and adapt the content and messaging to best suit your needs. It includes a survey developed and delivered in partnership with you, allowing us to respond directly to your parent community’s specific needs and interests.
Bespoke sessions can last anywhere between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes and can be delivered in-person or online. For online sessions we will provide a link to a recording available for up to two months after delivery.
Championing online safety in your local community
Is your company looking to make a difference for children in your local community? Support our important work in schools helping to make the internet a great and safe place for all young people, by helping fund our education visits.
This includes a bespoke session for your organisation (see above), plus fund a visit to a local school of your choice of up to 5 sessions.
Please note our sessions in schools last a maximum of 1-hour and are capped at 120 pupils per session. We will deliver a maximum of 5 sessions per school visit. Where travel to local schools requires an overnight stay, we may need to reduce the number of sessions we can deliver to cover our overnight costs or charge these as supplementary.
