Everyone’s downloading this new app that I don’t like the look of/ is for an older age group. What should I do?

It can be hard when people around you are all doing the same thing and you don’t want to. Remember, these apps are supposed to be enjoyable and you should only get an account with one if you really want to. Age restrictions are the minimum age you need to be to have those accounts and are there for a reason. They are also just a minimum! Lots of young people avoid getting accounts until a much later age, or all together, if they aren’t right for them. It’s important to do what’s right for you and to talk to a trusted adult if the issue is starting to get you down.
