Registration open for Safer Internet Day 2016 Supporters List

12 October 2015

We’re delighted to announce that organisations can now register as Safer Internet Day 2016 supporters!

Organisations from across the UK – including schools, youth groups, charities, companies, government, police and wider – will be getting involved to run activities for Safer Internet Day 2016 on 9th February.

Last year over 850 organisations joined the SID2015 supporters list and helped to spread the word and deliver a huge range of activities. Together we collectively reached thousands of children, families and others, and we need your help again to make Safer Internet Day 2016 even bigger!

Join the list

Share what you are doing for #SID2016 and join the list of hundreds of supporters from across the UK.

Submit your details and a short statement about what you will be doing for Safer Internet Day 2016 using the Supporter Registration Form.

Check out last year’s supporters list to see what organisations across the UK did. Here are a few ideas from us!

  • Run an education session for young people, parents or staff, in your school, workplace or community (Safer Internet Day Education Packs coming soon!)
  • Help spread the word by promoting the day on social media, or through your website or newsletter
  • Listen to young people about their experiences online and give them opportunities to have their say
