Founded in 2010 as a way of asking young people to focus on positive use of the internet, the Childnet Film Competition is an inclusive creative learning project, open to all educational settings across the UK, delivered as part of Childnet’s work as the UK Safer Internet Centre.

As Childnet Education Projects Officer, Becky Nancarrow, said “Childnet’s Film Competition is a brilliant opportunity to showcase young people’s digital creativity and celebrate the positive power of technology. With over a hundred entries, it is inspiring to see so many children and young people across the UK getting involved to show how they can Shine Online.”

All the finalists films will be available to view on our website and YouTube after the 18th July.
