Childnet Film Competition

The 11th annual Childnet Film Competition is open to all schools and youth organisations across the UK.

We spoke to Keith whose film 'We have a choice to make a better internet' won the competition in 2015, about the affect the competition had on him, and got his advice for those using these last few days to make an amazing online safety film!

The prizes for the Film Competition have arrived! The prizes will be given at the finalists’ event at the BFI in London on the 3rd of July and will be awarded for the first, second and third placed entries in both categories. This means any team who is shortlisted will be winning a prize!

Today is the Childnet Film Competition Finalists' Event! This event is where we will be celebrating the amazing work of the competition finalists, watching their films on the big screen, and announcing who will take home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category.

The finalists come from around the UK and will find out where they have placed in their categories at the finalists’ event in BFI London on the 3rd  July.

The 2018 film competition was the biggest one yet! Entries for the competition closed at 5pm on Monday 11th June, in this blog we look at what happens next and when the winning films will be available for use in your school!
