All the inspiring films from the shortlist will be available to watch on our YouTube Channel in the next few days.

The Film Competition was founded in 2010 as a way of asking young people to focus on positive use of the internet, inviting young people from across the UK to capture e-safety messages in a short film.

The project engages schools in using new technology for creative and positive uses and equips young people with the skills they need to become confident digital creators. In addition, through the process, the young people create valuable resources to educate their peers about staying safe online and develop their own understanding of what it means to be a good digital citizen.

A big thank you to this years film competition supporters Trend Micro. Also thank you to MovieStar Planet, Club Penguin, Moshi Monsters, Facebook, Twitter and Google who all contributed to the goodie-bags given to the finalists on the day.
