The 2012 ‘What’s your Story?’ competition, invites schools, families, and individuals over seven years old in the UK, to create and submit a short video, song, story, poem or drawing to share their advice to other young people about ‘How to be Web Safe’.

As part of the competition, Trend Micro has teamed up with some of the world’s leading organisations, to create a judging panel, which for the UK includes Childnet International as well as Get Safe Online, Yahoo! and Diana Award.

Will Gardner, CEO Childnet International said,

“I’m delighted to be part of the ‘What’s Your Story?’ competition as a judge for the second year. The competition is a fantastic opportunity to creatively engage children and young people hearing what they think about using technology safely. We saw some superb entries last year and I’m excited to see the many varied submissions that will be sent in this year.”
